This hotel was very clean. I was happily surprised. This was the best budget hotel we have ever stayed at. I did not do the breakfast...but I enjoyed sleeping in. The beds were very comfortable and I just wanted to stay in. We did enjoy the pool as well. Nice, clean water
Half star gone for clearly dirty floor. Half star gone for the noisy neighbors at sleepy time. Seems they are working on improvements and freshening up the place. We'll supplied in linens. Okay comfort with the beds and pillows. Had smoking room so nice not to have to do the ordeal to go outside. I would probably stay again when rolling through. Recommended for value.
Very nice staff and the room was very clean. Pool was also very clean and open anytime. Unfortunately had some very loud and sketchy neighbors on the night we stayed which made sleep a little tough for me. My husband on the other hand slept through the noise . Also this place is close to the airport and not very close to siesta key as advertised.
This is the latest review as of 13/12/25 the hotel is so nice, I dint put down any deposit unlike other hotels, shower hot and nice, microwave, fridge,coffee maker and TV working. front desk welcoming, safe area , near the beach, room smells clean, I dint expect 5star interior for the price. Beds are clean and comfy. For the price I paid it's more than worthy. Close to everything. Will sure come back.
Excellent service from the front desk, best rates around, rooms are up to date and very clean and smell good, perfect location walking distance to bay and downtown Sarasota, pool is very clean. Nothing bad to say about this place, every time I come to Sarasota this is where I will be staying, very happy customer here.
I checked in this afternoon the property is very clean and kept up with, rooms were just renovated and brand new everything. It’s very quiet and great for vacationing. Also prices are great, best in the area. Couldn’t be happier. This will be my go to.
nice and quiet area plus the rooms are very clean and the staff makes sure I get my room saved for me when driving down there all I have to do is call to tell them im running late because of the hour and 45 minute drive. Thank you for that
